- ¼ pound Butter melted
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ¾ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- Melt the stick of butter over medium heat.
- Then add 2 tablespoons of cream cheese to the skillet and whisk until the cream cheese is melted.
- Next add 1 cup of Heavy Cream
- Now season your sauce with a bit of garlic powder, salt and fresh ground cracked black pepper. Bring this to a good simmer then remove from heat.
- Stir in grated parmesan cheese until thoroughly melted
